Brandon Brown

Fitness has been a part of Brandon’s life for many years. Growing up training and playing sports Brandon was exposed early on in his life to both adversity and opportunity. He realized in order to be the best that he could be and to compete at the things in which he loved to do, he’d have to train on his own time to get better. He spent hours in the gym striving to improve himself, turning weaknesses into strengths, learning from failure, and applying new concepts to achieve desired results. In his fitness journey Brandon shares, “The gym not only transformed my body, but it helped shape my mind. I gained new perspective and clarity that was applicable to all areas of life and over time I gradually noticed the quality of my life improving for the better. I realized that fitness is a great catalyst for a sustainable and overall healthy life. I quickly became determined to share my knowledge with all those striving to become the best versions of themselves. My mission is to empower others to create sustainable solutions for lasting health, happiness, and confidence.”

Brandon formerly played college football at Boise State University as a strong safety. While on the team at Boise State, Brandon had continued to grow his athletic ability and knowledge for weight training, furthermore growing his expertise and love for fitness. Upon graduating with a Degree in Business Management, Brandon moved back home to Arizona to continue his fitness journey and kick start his career in the fitness industry as a leading Fitness Coach!  Specializing in Strength and Hypertrophy Training, Fat Loss, Athletic Performance, and Lifestyle Fitness - Brandon is ready to help you transform your life!

I started going to Brandon in July of 2020. From the first time meeting Brandon I knew he was the trainer for me. He has made me feel confident! Always challenging me to go beyond the limits I had set for myself and empowering me to achieve the goals I laid out. I have always felt that Brandon is on my team. It took some time for my body to adapt to the training program mainly due to the intensity, but Brandon was always there encouraging me, challenging me.
